This workshop is specifically designed to give you the opportunity to photograph these magnificent raptors from just meters away. Using purpose built heated hides designed by Conny Lundstrom you will photograph the territory eagles in the beautiful autumn light of Kalvtrask. We will have the use of 2 hides and a reflection pool that will also give the opportunity to photograph Grey Headed and Black Woodpeckers, Jays, Red Squirrels, Bullfinch and other small birds.​This is a fully catered trip staying in the lovely village of Kalvtrask we will have our breakfast and dinner together in the home of Conny with a packed lunch provided each day that we will take to the hides. Tea and Coffee is also available while in the hide but if you have a favourite snack then we suggest you pop that in your luggage and bring it along.​Arriving on 11th and settling in, the next 4 days will be spent in the hide and you will leave on 16th.​

 

Equipment​

 

As this is a specialist close up workshop and the eagles will come close to the hide I recommend shorter lenses such as 24-70mm &70-200mm. But there will be opportunities for using 300mm-500mm depending on the composition you want. ​Conny provides beanbags and plates with screws for attaching your choice of head so you will not require a tripod just remember to bring your preferred tripod head with you if you want to use one.​
